Why this course?

The Leading through Artificial Intelligence course has been designed with a clear focus: to address the paradigm shift that artificial intelligence (AI) is causing across business environments and in organizational decision-making. In a world where technology is taking giant leaps forward, leaders and managers must not only understand the fundamental concepts of AI, but also learn to apply it strategically in their own contexts, in order to drive innovation and preserve competitiveness. Professional competencies of the course

Leading through Artificial Intelligence is an eight-session learning experience, designed for professionals concerned about the impact of AI.
The focus is to share and impart knowledge regarding the impact and implications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the business world and in society.
The course takes participants into the universe of AI with the aim of understanding its foundations, interactions with technology and its strategic relevance across several industries.

Methodology

Individual learning: Through the online content for each module.
With AI support (BrainSome): We use AI to synthesize information, generate meaningful summaries and enable rapid retrieval of relevant content.
Learning through peers: Share and reflect with other managers online as well as in on-campus sessions.
Learning with the experts: We will have an expert in each of the modules.
Applied learning: Develop your personal skills and learn to use the tools used in the sessions.
