Fundación ONCE, together with its entities Inserta Empleo and Inserta Innovación, has signed a collaboration agreement with IMMUNE Technology Institute, hub of technological talent, with the aim of promoting digital and technological skills training for people with disabilities and thus improve their employment opportunities and social inclusion.
The agreement is based on the offer of grants for people with disabilities who are interested in taking the training programmes of the "By Talento Digital"for at least the next two years.
In the training programmes on offer, scholarship holders will be able to find bootcamps o masters of different technological areas with high demand in the labour market such as: cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, artificial intelligence o UX/UI design. All of them with an employability rate of over 85%, according to data from the UGT report, "Technological employment in the Spanish labour market 2024".
The grants will cover up to 80% of the cost of the tuition fee in the training programmes, with a maximum of €10,000 per person. Those interested in applying for these scholarships can do so by contacting here.

For its part, José Luis Martínez DonosoThe Director General of the ONCE Foundation, expressed his satisfaction with the signing of this agreement, which aims to improving the digital skills of people with disabilities. "The aim is to give them the necessary tools so that they can face the job offers of a labour market increasingly focused on digital profiles with a better chance of success.
