Esta formación técnica y estratégica te capacita para liderar la migración a la Nube, dominar la automatización con PowerShell y gestionar proyectos bajo metodologías Agile. Aprenderás a integrar el control de versiones con Git y el gobierno del dato para entregar soluciones escalables, eficientes y alineadas con los objetivos de negocio.

Prerequisites

Obligatorios
- Capacidad de trabajo autónomo con herramientas: navegador, VS Code (o similar) y terminal.
- Nociones básicas de informática (archivos, permisos, procesos).

- Conocimiento básico scripting (aunque sea mínimo) o mentalidad “automation-first” (ganas de
  automatizar tareas repetitivas).
- Interés o exposición previa a Git y trabajo colaborativo (PRs/revisión).

Program aims

Cloud Fundamentals
- Entender la evolución de los sistemas de informática tradicional y su evolución hacia la Nube.
- Explicar con claridad IaaS / PaaS / SaaS y el modelo de responsabilidad compartida, y aplicarlo a
  decisiones reales (qué gestiona el proveedor vs qué gestionas tú).
- Conectar lo técnico con lo empresarial: coste, riesgo, escalabilidad y operabilidad como criterios
  de decisión desde el primer día.
Automation with PowerShell
- Dominar PowerShell como lenguaje de automatización: cmdlets, pipeline, objetos, filtrado,
  formatos, módulos.
- Escribir scripts robustos y mantenibles: funciones con parámetros, estructuras de control
  (if/for/foreach/while).
- Automatizar tareas repetitivas típicas del trabajo técnico (inventarios, reporting, validaciones,
  tareas programadas), reduciendo error humano y aumentando fiabilidad.
- Preparar scripts para integrarlos después en pipelines DevOps (mentalidad Automation-first).
Git y trabajo colaborativo
- Entender Git como herramienta de trabajo en equipo: repos, commits con sentido, ramas, merges
  y resolución de conflictos.
- Aplicar un flujo profesional: Pull Requests, revisión, convenciones de nombres y buenas prácticas
  para evitar “caos en el repo”.
- Trazabilidad del trabajo y entrega de valor.
Agile y Gestión de proyectos técnicos
- Operar un proyecto con Scrum de forma práctica: backlog, historias, estimación, DoR/DoD,
  planificación y retrospectiva.
- Entender cómo trabajar con incertidumbre: priorización por valor, gestión del alcance, deuda
  técnica.
- Traducir trabajo técnico en trabajo gestionable: tareas, criterios de aceptación y definición de
  terminado.
Visión de negocio y gobierno del dato
- Entender por qué el dato y el gobierno condicionan la arquitectura (calidad, acceso,
  cumplimiento, trazabilidad).
- Definir una “gobernanza mínima viable” para un proyecto: roles, normas, control de acceso, y
  criterios de calidad.
- Conectar esa visión con el Capstone: qué decisiones se toman y cómo se justifican ante negocio.
