CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF IMMUNE1 SHORT COURSES. INTRODUCTION

This document (together with all documents referred to herein) sets out the terms and conditions governing purchases of IMMUNE short courses on this website (https://immune.institute/) (the "Terms"). By placing an order through this website, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms may be changed at any time, and you will be bound by the Terms in effect at the time you use this website or place each order, unless we are required by law or governmental action to make retroactive changes to such policies, Terms or Privacy Statement, in which case any such changes will also affect any orders you have previously placed.

The sale of short training courses via this website is carried out by IMMUNE CODING INSTITUTE, S.L., a Spanish company with registered office at Paseo de la Castellana 89, ground floor, local 3, door 2, Madrid 28046 and NIF B-87.979.407 (hereinafter "IMMUNE") under the trade name "IMMUNE", "IMMUNE Institute" or "IMMUNE Technology Institute" without distinction.

2. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

IMMUNE is authorised to cancel and inform the relevant authorities of any orders placed on this website that could reasonably be considered false or fraudulent.

By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

The short training courses offered through this website are available for online delivery.

3. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

If you detect an error in your details or in your order once payment has been made, you should immediately contact our customer service department by calling +34 911 238 346 or by sending an email to store@immune.institute to rectify the error.

4. DELIVERY

Barring unforeseen, extraordinary circumstances or force majeure, you will receive your access credentials within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of purchase.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "delivery" or the order is deemed to have been "delivered" at the time you receive such login credentials to the training platform.

5. PRICE, PAYMENT, VAT AND INVOICING

The prices on the website include VAT.

You can use Visa and MasterCard as a means of payment. Payment can only be made by this method. By clicking on "Place order", in addition to expressly consenting to the conclusion of the contract, you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are authorised to use it. Credit cards are subject to checks and authorisations by the credit card issuer and, if the credit card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to enter into any contract with you.

You expressly authorise us to issue the invoice in electronic format, although you may at any time indicate your wish to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will issue and deliver the invoice in this format to you at our IMMUNE office:

6. RETURNS POLICY

6.1 Legal right to withdraw from the purchase. Exercise of the right of withdrawal.

As a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of delivery of the order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email store@immune.institute of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement.

After examining your file, we will let you know whether you are entitled to a refund.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your intention to withdraw using the same means of payment used for the purchase. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have checked your file.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Contracts for the purchase and sale of products through this website shall be governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with such contracts shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
