That is why today we are very pleased to announce the launch of a scholarship programme, in partnership with the General Secretariat of the Central American Integration System (SICA) for Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Belize and the Dominican Republic.

The objective? To encourage and building technological talent in the region and increase the employability of those who apply for one of these scholarships.

Promoting employability and technological development

"Through these scholarships we hope to promote technological training in the region of Central America and the Dominican Republic in order to make these countries more competitive in this area".

Grants for various technology programmes

In total, 72 people will benefit from these scholarships at Data Science, Cybersecurity y Cloud Computing with 12 months duration. To be eligible, you must be a national of one of the eight SICA Member States (Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Belize and the Dominican Republic). 

The programmes, which have a 100% online mode, and start on 7 November, are directed by professionals who are benchmarks in the sector within their respective technological areas.
