He has been Director General of INCIBE, a member of the National Cybersecurity Council, and CEO and Vice-President of FUNDITEC, leading projects that connect cybersecurity, defence, artificial intelligence, and dual-use technologies.

He currently works as a Senior Strategic Advisor and independent consultant, as well as collaborating with the Inter-American Development Bank advising Latin American administrations on digital transformation, cybersecurity, and innovation.
