The Pro Talent Tech 2024 Report studies the different variables that are influencing the employability of the STEM sector in SpainThe report also takes into account issues such as gender differences, age, education and employment status.

The STEM field in Spain has experienced remarkable growth, consolidating its position as a fundamental pillar in the area of employabilityas from the point of view of economic development country.

Looking ahead, it is estimated that the industry will demand more than 90,000 data and artificial intelligence experts in the next three years, underlining the ongoing need for professionals specialising in emerging technologies.

According to recent data from the National Statistics Institute (INE), the number of people employed in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector has grown by 31 Q3Q3, reaching 564,137 people. This places Spain as one of the countries in the European Union with the highest rate of STEM specialists (82%) with higher education.

IMMUNE Technology Institute and Randstad digital, have elaborated this study with the answers of the following respondents more than 1,300 professionals of the areas of specialisation most in demand by companies: cybersecurity, cloud computing, data science, artificial intelligence o development y web programming.
