Today's the day! At last, we can present the initiative we've been working on for the past few weeks: Torrezno's Startup.
Don't be alarmed by the name! Torreznos are what bring us together on Fridays when we meet up for an aperitif and, since what we're looking for is to share, it seemed to make a lot of sense. 😉
But what is Torrezno's? It's a new ecosystem we want to launch in IMMUNE to foster entrepreneurship and help entrepreneurs grow in a creative environment, in which technology and innovation are the main focus. We are now students and companies, but we are missing startups! That's why we want them to start becoming part of our community, growing together, and fostering the theoretical knowledge from our classes with the practical experience of startups.
How are we going to support the business ecosystem from IMMUNE
We will give Support and monitoring for 10 tech startup projects., who will be able to work at our Campus located in Madrid free of charge for six months. In addition, in line with the IMMUNE's clear commitment to employability, the selected will have access to the Technology job board of IMMUNE, with whom they can combine their new projects, as well as the possibility of students from the centre doing internships at these startups.
We also offer:

- Events and knowledge: the possibility to attend and participate in any of the weekly technology events we organise.
- Job vacancy.
- Training grants.
- Services such as reception, cleaning, dining room, Wi-Fi and function room.
