The Army has chosen us as their training partner in Digital Transformation. The Institution, which belongs to the Ministry of Defence, is in full Digital Transformation Process, and wants to train its teams with the aim of being able to optimise processes, manage data governance, and thus retain talent in this process of change.
That's why we've started to support the Institution in the training of its officers and non-commissioned officers in data governance. Data Science Master and intensive courses focused on “Data Fundamentals and Governance”.
The Data Governance This refers to a function of authority and control (planning, monitoring, and enforcement) of data management, with the aim of ensuring that data is managed correctly according to the policies and best practices defined by each company or institution.
As explained by Lieutenant Colonel José Luis Carbonell Navarro, Head of the Information and Knowledge Processes and Management Section, during his visit to our CampusWe are less than two years into the Digital Transformation process of the Army, where the training of our personnel is fundamental, both in the area of processes, modelling, analysing and automating them, and in data management and governance.
In addition, Colonel Carbonell highlighted the need to To develop and retain talent existing within the Organisation, to ensure the success of Digital Transformation in Spain and progress. “Just as happens in private companies, in the Army, we also face the challenge of retaining talent. The people who form part of the Army are the key; we need to train them in new technologies, adapting them to change, to new needs, and to current challenges, all of this to fulfil our mission.”.
Juan Riva de Aldama, CEO and founder of IMMUNE Technology Institute, has thanked the Institution for its trust and emphasised the the importance of training to guarantee technological transformation in Spain. “It is an honour to become training partners with the Army and for the Ministry of Defence to count on us to train their teams, and to drive the technological transformation of our institutions.”.
