«Generative AI: From Learning to Action» It is a unique educational and participatory initiative, designed for to train more than 2,000 people in using generative AI via a simple route: Self-guided online training + final project delivery.

What's the objective?

To drive hands-on learning in generative AI and showcase new digital talent through a free, accessible and impactful experience. Upon completion, you will receive a Official AWS credential that will bear witness to your participation and your knowledge.

Who is it aimed at?

This project is specifically designed for:

• University students from any discipline
• Professionals undergoing transition or reskilling
• Educators interested in educational innovation
• Tech communities, makers, and AI enthusiasts

You don't need prior programming experience, just curiosity and a willingness to learn.

What does the programme include?

📘 PHASE 1: Self-Guided Online Training

Dates: From 24 July to 14 September 2025

• Get free access to the AWS Skill Builder platform, where you’ll find 6 mini courses (8 hours in total).
• Modality 100% online and asynchronousYou set the pace.
• Access is enabled after registering on this page.

🛠️ PHASE 2: Generative AI Project

Delivery deadline 14 September 2025

• You will receive a Engraved tower with instructions to create your own project using PartyRock, Amazon's rapid prototyping platform.
• On an individual basis, you will present a Functional prototype and fill in a delivery form.
• All projects will be evaluated by a technical jury of AWS and IMMUNE Technology Institute.

🎓 Participants who successfully complete both phases will receive the official «Generative AI Foundations – Powered by AWS» credential in October 2025.

Methodology and resources

The methodology of the event is based on a combination of theoretical and practical learning. Participants will work in an environment that fosters creativity and innovation. Access will be provided to:

• AWS Skill Builder
• AWS Partyrock, for the realisation of the project.

Program aims

• Providing a complete training experience combining theory and practice.
• To impart fundamental knowledge of generative AI and AWS tools.
• Develop a deep understanding of generative AI applications in different sectors.
• Apply the acquired knowledge in a practical environment. through a hackathon.
• Encourage the creation of functional prototypes using professional tools.
• Facilitating theoretical understanding together with practical experience in the development of real solutions.
• Getting a micro-credential certifying the competences acquired at both theoretical and practical level.

Previous training

This programme has been designed to be accessible to all people, regardless of their technical background, requiring no prior knowledge of programming, software development or technical experience in Artificial Intelligence.

The introductory workshop at the start of the hackathon will provide all the necessary information on the tools to be used, and mentors will be available throughout the day to answer questions and provide guidance.
