    In addition, a meal history is included, allowing the storage of food consumed, facilitating the analysis of each user's progress. A food and recipe table has also been incorporated, containing detailed information on each ingredient and predefined recipes, thus offering a greater level of personalisation in nutritional plans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
