The Institution, which belongs to the Ministry of Defence, is in full <strong>Digital Transformation Process<\/strong>, and wants to train its teams with the aim of being able to optimise processes, manage data governance, and thus retain talent in this process of change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That's why we've started to support the Institution in the training of its officers and non-commissioned officers in data governance. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/immune.institute\/en\/programas\/master-en-data-science-online\/\">Data Science Master<\/a> <\/strong>and intensive courses focused on \u201cData Fundamentals and Governance\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Data Governance<\/strong> This refers to a function of authority and control (planning, monitoring, and enforcement) of data management, with the aim of ensuring that data is managed correctly according to the policies and best practices defined by each company or institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As explained by Lieutenant Colonel Jos\u00e9 Luis Carbonell Navarro, Head of the Information and Knowledge Processes and Management Section, during his visit to our <a href=\"https:\/\/immune.institute\/en\/programas\/\">Campus<\/a>We are less than two years into the Digital Transformation process of the Army, where the training of our personnel is fundamental, both in the area of processes, modelling, analysing and automating them, and in data management and governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, Colonel Carbonell highlighted the need to <strong>To develop and retain talent <\/strong>existing within the Organisation, to ensure the success of Digital Transformation in Spain and progress. \u201cJust as happens in private companies, in the Army, we also face the challenge of retaining talent.
