{"id":7236,"date":"2022-02-25T07:36:28","date_gmt":"2022-02-25T06:36:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/immune.institute\/?p=7236"},"modified":"2022-02-25T07:36:28","modified_gmt":"2022-02-25T06:36:28","slug":"alianza-immune-upskill-espana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/immune.institute\/en\/blog\/alianza-immune-upskill-espana\/","title":{"rendered":"IMMUNE for digital transformation: we join Upskill Spain by CATENON"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>We bring you good news from <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/immune.institute\/en\/sobre-nosotros\/\"><b>IMMUNE<\/b><\/a><b>.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Our educational community is already part of the Upskill Spain project, an initiative promoted by CATENON with the support of TELEF\u00d3NICA TECH and NEUROK.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Together we will work towards the digital transformation of our country's professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/upskillspain.es\/contacto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upskill Spain<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is to eliminate the digital talent gap in Spain and generate experts in different technological fields. <\/span><b>Because digitalisation is not synonymous with the future, it is part of our present.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upskill Spain: a firm commitment to digital talent<\/span><\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to its website, Upskill Spain is \"the movement that promotes the digital transformation of millions of professionals in our country and their adaptation to the New Digital Age through training\".<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A training offer that seeks to <\/span><b>the acquisition of digital knowledge, skills and tools<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim is to ensure that Spanish professionals are prepared for all kinds of challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is, in IMMUNE together with CATENON and the rest of partners (ESIC, KEEPCODING or HIBERUS, among others), <\/span><b>we are going to contribute to boosting our country's talent<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to secure a working future and thus improve the competitiveness of Spanish organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our task will be to boost employability, training professionals and driving new digital transformation projects for companies. All of this will generate a stronger and more competitive digital labour market.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, this project will be divided into 3 main blocks:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Acquisition of new talent:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Identify and select IT, Tech and Digital professionals.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Template transition:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Offer training to professional teams in digital culture and other areas of the future.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Outplacement services:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It consists of the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">outplacement<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> transformational and is aimed at companies with redundancy procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fact is that promoting digitalisation in the workplace is absolutely necessary to ensure secure employment with guarantees for the future. And both IMMUNE and companies such as CATENON, TELEF\u00d3NICA TECH and NEUROK are well aware of this.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital technology: the work of the present-future<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The results of the study \"<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionvass.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Estudio-de-Talento_-version-Web.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employability and Digital Talent 2019<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The \"Fundaci\u00f3n VASS and the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid are quite clear: <\/span><b>more than 15% jobs and 360 million euros are possible in the Spanish economy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The digital skills gap can be bridged by closing the digital skills gap.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In other words, equipping professionals with digital skills and abilities will generate a better employment scenario in our country.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But in order to do so, promoting training among professionals will be essential. In fact, the vast majority of unemployed people do not have the necessary skills to obtain more sustainable employment. <\/span><b>Thousands of jobs are still unfilled due to a lack of digital skills.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is confirmed by <\/span><b>Miguel Angel Navarro, CEO of CATENON<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spanish talent, which has a lot of potential, is missing out on great opportunities due to a lack of digital skills. For this reason, we want to contribute to the development of a Spanish labour market that is more solid, stable and prepared for the challenges of the coming years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, <\/span><b>digital transformation is the current labour market trend<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
