{"id":15931,"date":"2022-03-07T12:39:54","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T12:39:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.immune.institute\/?p=374"},"modified":"2022-03-07T12:39:54","modified_gmt":"2022-03-07T12:39:54","slug":"immune-por-la-transformacion-digital-nos-sumamos-a-upskill-espana-de-catenon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/immune.institute\/en\/blog\/immune-por-la-transformacion-digital-nos-sumamos-a-upskill-espana-de-catenon\/","title":{"rendered":"IMMUNE for digital transformation: we join Upskill Spain by CATENON\u00a0\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>We bring you good news from\u00a0<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/immune.institute\/en\/sobre-nosotros\/\"><b>IMMUNE<\/b><\/a><b>.<\/b>\u00a0Our educational community is already part of the Upskill Spain project, an initiative promoted by CATENON with the support of TELEF\u00d3NICA TECH and NEUROK.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Together we will work towards the digital transformation of our country's professionals.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The aim of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/upskillspain.es\/contacto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Upskill Spain<\/a>\u00a0is to eliminate the digital talent gap in Spain and generate experts in different technological fields.\u00a0<b>Because digitalisation is not synonymous with the future, it is part of our present.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2>Upskill Spain: a firm commitment to digital talent<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>According to its website, Upskill Spain is \"the movement that promotes the digital transformation of millions of professionals in our country and their adaptation to the New Digital Age through training\".<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A training offer that seeks to\u00a0<b>the acquisition of digital knowledge, skills and tools<\/b>The aim is to ensure that Spanish professionals are prepared for all kinds of challenges.<\/p>\n<p>That is, in IMMUNE together with CATENON and the rest of partners (ESIC, KEEPCODING or HIBERUS, among others),\u00a0<b>we are going to contribute to boosting our country's talent<\/b>\u00a0to secure a working future and thus improve the competitiveness of Spanish organisations.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Our task will be to boost employability, training professionals and driving new digital transformation projects for companies. All of this will generate a stronger and more competitive digital labour market.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Thus, this project will be divided into 3 main blocks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Acquisition of new talent:<\/b>\u00a0Identify and select IT, Tech and Digital professionals.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Template transition:<\/b>\u00a0Offer training to professional teams in digital culture and other areas of the future.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Outplacement services:<\/b>\u00a0It consists of the\u00a0<i>outplacement<\/i>\u00a0transformational and is aimed at companies with redundancy procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The fact is that promoting digitalisation in the workplace is absolutely necessary to ensure secure employment with guarantees for the future. And both IMMUNE and companies such as CATENON, TELEF\u00d3NICA TECH and NEUROK are well aware of this.<\/p>\n<h2>Digital technology: the work of the present-future<\/h2>\n<p>The results of the study \"<a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionvass.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Estudio-de-Talento_-version-Web.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Employability and Digital Talent 2019<\/a>The \"Fundaci\u00f3n VASS and the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Madrid are quite clear:\u00a0<b>more than 15% jobs and 360 million euros are possible in the Spanish economy<\/b>The digital skills gap can be bridged by closing the digital skills gap.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In other words, equipping professionals with digital skills and abilities will generate a better employment scenario in our country.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>But in order to do so, promoting training among professionals will be essential. In fact, the vast majority of unemployed people do not have the necessary skills to obtain more sustainable employment.\u00a0<b>Thousands of jobs are still unfilled due to a lack of digital skills.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This is confirmed by\u00a0<b>Miguel Angel Navarro, CEO of CATENON<\/b>Spanish talent, which has a lot of potential, is missing out on great opportunities due to a lack of digital skills. For this reason, we want to contribute to the development of a Spanish labour market that is more solid, stable and prepared for the challenges of the coming years.<\/p>\n<p>Thus,\u00a0<b>digital transformation is the current labour market trend<\/b>.
